Pascol, guy at front desk, is extremely knowledgeable abt Banff and gives excellent info and suggestions for activitites like where to ski.

We absolutely loved the feel and authenticity of the Lodge. It was perfect for our trip. It's close to Banff Ave, but not too close. The service and hospitality was fantastic! Thanks for a good stay.

The room was a little chilly. We could hear some of the city noise, but nothing we couldn't sleep through.

Pascal Dell-Courtemanche - owner of the hotel gave me a very warm welcome and assisted with practical things like map of Banff, ski rental with 10% discount, directions for a ski bus and for the local museum. The cabin was clean and the electrical heaters were switched on in advance providing a very comfortable temperature.

I really enjoyed the quaint atmosphere of Blue Mountain Lodge. As soon as you step through the door you feel at ease, like you are home. The breakfast was great, as was the guest kitchen area. It is a place I would stay again without question.

    Was cllose to town. Cheap.

The place was old, small room, hard bed, no tub just shower. 14" tv, no fridge or microwave. Heard people moving about and playing guitar in adjacent kitchen at 1 am. No clean towels after first night, asked for room service was told every 3 days. Asked if I had to clean towels but they gave me new ones. Breakfast was continental Had a 3 night stay but left after 2 totally disappointed. Don't care if they refund last night. Couldn't pay me to stay there.

Warm welcome, great breakfast, quiet location yet very near centre of town, relaxed atmosphere. The best facility was the full kitchen so we could cook our own meals because the prices of restaurant meals are EXORBITANT in Banff. Also liked provision of car park but plenty of free parking on streets in Banff.

Our room (no 5) was quite spacious, but some of the other rooms are a bit "compact"! The bathroom was minute - you could not get past the toilet to use the shower or sink if someone was using it! I imagine that the room could get very hot in summer. TV screen rather small.

Nice, quaint bed & breakfast, great location, right by main avenue and Banff Sushi place (the one with the sushi train). Owner very helpful and hospitable.

Very friendly staff, and Pascal has lots of great suggestions of what to do around Banff. Guest kitchen means you can cook your own meals or make a cuppa when you like. Small and friendly, close to the centre of Banff, but not on the main street, which was good. The rooms are small, but well appointed. In summer the blinds don't block the light...so take an eye mask if this worries you.

    It's location

Very small room and bathroom. Poor breakfast, certainly not deluxe as was advertised. Second morning we decided to have breakfast in one of the cafés in Banff. Poor Wifi, weak or no signal in the room, better in the hallway and kitchen. Expensive considering the above.

The breakfast was nice - the eggs and croissants were a fantastic addition to a continental breakfast. The sunroom/kitchen was also a pretty place to eat and relax at.

My husband and I have dust allergies and woke up feeling really stuffy. Also, we were placed in a room by the front door and stairs, so it was incredibly loud throughout the night and quite early in the morning. We both had terrible sleeps because of these issues.

Amazing staff, homemade croissants for breakfast, very welcoming atmosphere, no curfew :) Thank you Blue Mountain Lodge!

The location. It is central, a block from Banff Avenue,,

The lodge is a B & B. The room we have is slightly small but since we are only staying in Banff attending a wedding, it was adequate.

Great location, very good price. Pretty house.

We had some confusion over the room heater and it turned off in the night and we woke up to a chilly room.
